The R&J Make a Difference Award for Q3 of 2020 was presented to Graphic Designer, Zach Paige. Originating from the agency’s brand statement, the Make a Difference Award is given to an employee who goes above and beyond, making a difference for the agency, its clients and in the community.

Since joining R&J in 2019, Zach has excelled in all facets of the position and quickly proved himself to be an invaluable member of the team. His attention to detail as well as his eye for top-notch design makes him an indispensable member of the digital and creative teams and a trusted resource for clients. Zach continuously brings a fresh perspective and creative ideas and solutions to his work. His graphic design, website design and video editing skills have strengthened the quality and depth of the services delivered by the creative and digital teams, as well as the agency as a whole.

Zach has also had profoundly positive impacts on the agency’s culture. He has brought new ideas to the team to further develop the agency’s tools and processes.
