What R&J is Doing During COVID-19
The global COVID-19 outbreak has obviously caused significant disruptions to the ways in which we all live and work in recent days/weeks. We hope you and your loved ones are well, and remain unaffected by this crisis, aside from the inconveniences that are affecting us all.
As we have communicated to our clients, we are well-equipped and prepared to provide them with uninterrupted support through this difficult time. We have implemented a work from home policy for all members of the R&J team. This will continue until such time as we can confidently ensure that reporting to work in the office will not compromise the health and well-being of our staff and/or those with whom they come in contact. That being said, all of our team members are equipped with the tools, technology and access to our infrastructure that they need to support our clients as they always do. We are able to collaborate and work cohesively as a team from remote locations without any disruption in service.
Maybe more importantly, we are also equipped to successfully navigate the unique communications challenges our clients will undoubtedly face as they determine how to best communicate with colleagues, customers and other key stakeholders over the coming weeks and months.
These are unprecedented times and we’re all facing unexpected challenges. The R&J team has a wealth of experience in helping clients successfully navigate a wide variety of unexpected communications challenges and we’re very well prepared to help do so as the COVID-19 situation unfolds. This obviously goes without saying, but clear, concise, consistent communication with key constituent groups will be essential to minimizing disruptions and adverse impacts on our businesses throughout this crisis.
