R&J Strategic Communications Promotes Dexter Cheng to Visual Designer
R&J Strategic Communications ,a full-service integrated marketing and public relations agency, is pleased to announce the promotion of Dexter Cheng to Visual Designer. In his new role, Cheng will play a key role in developing and integrating R&J’s digital and creative service offerings within the comprehensive and strategic marketing communications programs that the agency delivers across its prestigious client base.
Since joining R&J in 2019 as a Web Development and Graphic Design Intern, Cheng has become an integral member of the agency’s creative and digital team. Cheng’s talent as a designer and his continuous technical growth in web development have enhanced the agency’s digital and creative services capabilities. Cheng has continuously been a driving force in the implementation of social media campaigns, website design and development projects, and various other digital and creative projects within the agency. As Visual Designer, Cheng will use his expertise in print design, digital and social media marketing, and website design to support agency clients across multiple industries, including commercial real estate, healthcare, banking and non-profits.

A resident of New Brunswick, N.J., Cheng graduated from Rutgers University in January 2019 where he received a BA in Information Technology and Informatics. While attending Rutgers University, Cheng worked as the graphic designer for the Daily Targum, the award-winning official student newspaper of Rutgers University.
