We are excited to welcome Rebecca Smith to the team. Serving as an Assistant Account Executive, Smith will be a key member of the agency’s growing health care team. She will be responsible for building and maintaining media relationships and conducting industry research. She will also play a key role in client service and tactical execution of strategic communication plans.

“Rebecca’s combination of academic and real world experience made her a strong candidate for this position. She also possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills which allows her to take complex topics and transform them into clear, cohesive messages that resonate with target audiences,” said Tiffany Miller, Associate Vice President. “We’re excited to welcome Rebecca to our team and look forward to her utilizing her diverse skill set to make a difference not only for our clients, but our agency as a whole.”

Prior to joining our team, Smith served as the Public Relations and Research Coordinator at Fox Run Group, a small sponsorship and sales representation firm, where she worked closely with the president of the company to modify and perfect the company’s website and online presence as well as draft press releases and e-newsletters.

A resident of South Plainfield, N.J., Smith graduated summa cum laude from Rider University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations. There she served as one of the founding members of Rider University’s Public Relations Student Society of America. She went on to earn a Master of Arts in Business Communication from Rider University as well. We are excited to be working with Rebecca, and look forward to what she will accomplish here at R&J.
