The Make a Difference Award for Q1 of 2020 was presented to Digital & Creative Coordinator, Dexter Cheng. Originating from the agency’s brand statement, the Make a Difference Award is given to an employee who goes above and beyond making a difference for the agency, its clients and in the community.

Since joining R&J as an intern in 2019, Dexter has excelled in all facets of the position and quickly proved himself to be an invaluable member of the team. His attention to detail as well as his exceptional interpersonal skills make him an indispensable member of the digital and creative team and a trusted resource for clients. Dexter continuously brings a fresh perspective and creative ideas to his work. His graphic design and web development skills have strengthened the quality and depth of the services delivered by the creative and digital team, as well as the agency as a whole.

Within just a year, Dexter has also had profoundly positive impacts on the agency’s culture. He has organized agency-wide events and outings to bolster team morale, in addition to bringing new ideas to the team to further develop the agency’s tools and processes.
