Description
Brands and the consumers who use them have had to quickly adapt to changes brought on by COVID-19. As the health crisis rapidly evolved, the extraordinary public health measures that were unimaginable just weeks earlier became commonplace.
Even businesses that were deemed essential, and allowed to remain open, had to make significant adjustments for the safety of both customers and employees. In its effort to continue providing veterinary healthcare services, Saint Francis Veterinary Hospital initiated curbside check-in for animals requiring care.
To help pet owners to understand these new policies, in a quickly changing environment, the digital and creative teams at R&J developed infographics for social media, with simple, easy-to-understand instructions. This content enabled the client to communicate these changes and streamline the curbside check in process.
