Falcon Safety Products, the leading manufacturer of compressed-gas dusters and signal horns, tapped R&J to design and develop a new eCommerce website. Our team was tasked with merging three existing eCommerce and content-heavy websites into a single, comprehensive site that would consolidate information and inventory, enhance the user shopping experience and reimagine the look and feel of the brand. In addition, the client asked that we design and implement back-end functionality to streamline customer services and shipping processes. From product photography to design and development, R&J executed every aspect of the assignment. The end result is a new website that is easily navigated, lighter and brighter, offers more robust shopping functionality, and conveys a more personal brand image.
