In anticipation of the President’s announcement declaring the ongoing opioid epidemic as a public health emergency, the R&J team secured an interview for Robert J. Budsock, CEO and President of Integrity House, with Behavioral Healthcare Executive. Budsock provided his expert opinion on the implications of the declaration as well as the importance of waiving the IMD Medicaid exclusion.
