R&J Leverages Digital Campaigns to Drive Leasing for Diversified Properties
Located in the heart of Bergen County, 480 Flatz features 35 luxury one-and two-bedroom apartments. With easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, serene parks and popular nightlife, these apartments offer the residents of East Rutherford downtown living at its finest.
R&J client and owner of 480 Flatz, Diversified Properties, tapped our digital team to bring awareness and help lease the newly built apartment building. With deep knowledge and experience with digital marketing, the R&J digital team turned to paid campaigns via Facebook to accomplish these goals.
Within three months, the R&J team ran two campaigns for 480 Flatz. We targeted a broad audience of people living in New Jersey and New York, 18-65+ years old who matched specific moving, apartment or upscale living interests. We utilized carousel ads showcasing photos of the luxury apartments that ran on Facebook and Instagram Feeds. We ran each campaign for 2 weeks resulting in a total of 104,968 social impressions, reaching 53,248 users and receiving 3,372 link clicks to the 480 Flatz website. Additionally, we received an average click-through-rate of 3.11% and spent an average of $0.48 per link click. The average click-through-rate benchmark for real estate ads is 0.99% and the average cost-per-click benchmark for real estate ads is $1.81 so our campaigns exceeded both industry benchmarks.
Within just a few months of being on the market, the 480 Flatz apartments were completely leased with the help from our paid campaigns.
