Hampshire Companies Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Unveils Recent Development
The Hampshire Companies recently opened 333 Central in Westfield, the town’s first transit-oriented, luxury residential development. Located less than a block from the train station in the heart of downtown Westfield, 333 Central provides residents with access to dining, shopping and entertainment all in within walking distance.
“Of course, when we saw this site, we loved the location,” James E. Hanson II, CEO and president of The Hampshire Companies, told the crowd at the July 11, 2017 ribbon cutting ceremony.
The milestone event was organized by our real estate team which worked closely with our creative services team to deliver marketing collateral to promote the event and the development. Our team handled every aspect of the event from planning, catering, photography, media relations, social media, event management, event outreach and coordination with town officials including Mayor Andy Skibitsky who attended and spoke at the event.
Our media relations experts secured interviews for our client, The Hampshire Companies, with leading real estate and local news media. Norman Feinstein, vice chairman of The Hampshire Companies, told NJBIZ, “This project marks the newest chapter in the continued growth of Westfield and will bring new residents into the vibrant culture and character that make Westfield such a unique place to live.”
